For the convenience of all our attendees, sponsors and speakers, we have worked with the Hilton to cancel ALL room reservations made for the 2020 event.
There is no need to contact the hotel regarding cancellations.

A credit card is required to guarantee your room and is NOT charged. Your card will not be charged until check in. The hotel cancellation policy is 3 days prior to the event.

In addition to our vast array of training, FLUG is pleased to announce the inclusion of the FDOT CONNECT Workspace curriculum.
Transition to Bentley OpenRoads Designer Connection Edition:
As announced via the Production Support Memorandum 19-01, in July 2019 the CADD Office will release the FDOT CONNECT Workspace for Bentley OpenRoads Designer for production. In January 2020, the legacy GEOPAK criteria files will be removed from the custom FDOT SS4 resources and should not be used for development of cross sections. The CADD Office stopped maintaining criteria files in June 2016.
In January 2021, projects beginning their design phase must use the FDOT CONNECT Workspace for Bentley OpenRoads Designer. The use of Bentley OpenRoads Designer after the release of the FDOT CONNECT Workspace in Jul 2019 is highly encouraged.
The 2020 FLUG, October 27th thru October 30th, Cocoa Beach, Florida will feature many OpenRoads Designer presentations and hands-on workshops on the base product presented by Bentley. FLUG will also feature many FDOT presentations and FLUG will be offering a NEW 2-day hands-on workshops for Civil and DOT projects for Bentley OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition .
