FLUG Training Forum Registration Fees:

  • Any One-Day Registration – $175.00
  • Any Two-Day Registration – $250.00
  • Any Three-Day Registration – $325.00
  • All Four-Day Registration – $425.00

Forum Registration Fees include:

  • All General Sessions (General Sessions are open seating)
  • Daily HOT breakfast and lunch
  • All day coffee
  • Snacks and beverages
  • Thursday evening Social with refreshments
  • Hotel parking for ALL Forum Attendees
  • Hotel Wi-Fi during FLUG

FLUG Training Forum Hands-On Workshop Fees:
Workshops are not included in general registration and are purchased in addition to the general registration

  • Any Two-hour Workshop – $75.00 per workshop
  • Any Three-hour Workshop – $100.00 per workshop
  • Any Four, Five or Six Hour Workshop – $125.00 per workshop
  • NEW – 2-Day OpenRoads Workshop – $200.00 per workshop

Note: Workshop seats are only guaranteed after Proceeding to Checkout and processing a payment option for your Cart.

Guest Registration Fees:
Adult Meals (12+) – $25.00 per day ($35.00 per day if purchased onsite)
Adult Evening Social (12+) – $25.00 ($30.00 per day if purchased onsite)
Child Meals (4-11) – $10.00 per day ($15.00 per day if purchased onsite)
Child Evening Social (4-11) – $10.00 ($15.00 per day if purchased onsite)

Event Hotel Reservation:

The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront has reserved a block of rooms for the 2021 FLUG Training Event. The special room rate will be available until March 28th, 2021 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Once these remaining blocks sell out, FLUG has NO ability to ADD additional rooms. The Government and The special group rate is available 3 days prior/post event dates and is subject to availability. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation but not charged until check-in.

IMPORTANT: Due to a record number of 530 attendees for the 2019 event, the FLUG Block sold out in record time – less than one month. We are expecting large numbers once again for 2021. It is recommended that you reserve your stay early. The Hotel Reservation Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. FLUG has no control over this policy.

MPORTANT: Free parking and Wi-Fi at the conference hotel are available to ALL FLUG attendees whether you are staying on or off site.

Where to Meet:
There will be a NEW Early Check-In starting Monday May 3rd, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. in the Seagrapes room.

Registration and Breakfast begin at 7:00am Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the FLUG Registration Area located in the Seagrapes room.
