Registration for the 2026 FLUG Training Forum is OPEN!
2026 FLUG Training Forum pricing can be used to plan and budget for this awesome training event!
2026 FLUG Training Forum Registration Fees:
- Any One-Day Registration – $225.00
- Any Two-Day Registration – $300.00
- Any Three-Day Registration – $400.00
- All Four-Day Registration – $500.00
Forum Registration Fees include:
- All General Sessions (General Sessions are open seating)
- Daily HOT breakfast and lunch
- Coffee
- Snacks and beverages
- Thursday evening Social with refreshments
- Hotel parking for ALL Forum Attendees
- Hotel Wi-Fi during FLUG
FLUG Training Forum Hands-On Workshop Fees:
Workshops are not included in general registration and are purchased in addition to the general registration.
- Any Two-hour Workshop – $125.00 per workshop per day
- Any Three-hour Workshop – $150.00 per workshop per day
- Any All-Day Workshop – $175.00 per workshop per day
Note: Workshop pricing is Per Workshop (not total daily hours) and Seats are only guaranteed after Proceeding to Checkout and processing a payment option for your Cart.
Workshop Training Material Downloads
FLUG will provide ALL workshop laptops. Do not bring your own laptop to any hands-on workshops. All Bentley workshop hand-outs will be available on the FLUG website for download. If Bentley workshop attendees want a hard copy of the training material handout(s), it is the attendees’ responsibility to print their own copy(s) and bring it to FLUG. To allow FLUG attendees the ability to reference training after FLUG, the datasets will be available for download also.
Guest Registration Fees:
- Adult Meals (12+) – $40.00 per day ($50.00 per day if purchased onsite)
- Adult Evening Social (12+) – $40.00 ($50.00 per day if purchased onsite)
- Child Meals (4-11) – $20.00 per day ($25.00 per day if purchased onsite)
- Child Evening Social (4-11) – $20.00 ($25.00 per day if purchased onsite)
Please note: To assist FLUG and the hotel in providing sufficient counts, we strongly encourage early guest registration.
Payment Options
Registration must be completed to guarantee a Workshop Seat. All 3 payment options defined below allow you to Complete your Registration.
- Credit Card – This option allows you to Complete your Registration and Pay Online at the time of the order.
- Pay On-Site (Cash, Credit Card or Check) – This option allows you to Complete your Registration and Pay at a later date (after Company Approval), either On-Line by Credit Card or On-Site at FLUG.
- Pay by Mail (Check) – This option allows you to Complete your Registration and have your company mail FLUG a check for payment.
Note: Due to Credit Card Authorization Security, the billing address for the FLUG Order needs to match the billing address of the credit card being used.
Important: Starting in 2026, Credit Card Registration Payments made at the FLUG Registration Desk will incur a 3% service charge fee. All 3 of FLUG’s payment options listed above provide all Attendees the opportunity to pay for Registration BEFORE the start of FLUG.
