Event Hotel Reservation:

FLUG is sorry to annouce that the 2023 FLUG Event Hotel Room Blocks are SOLD OUT. Both Non-Government and Government blocks sold out in a record 25 hours. Although FLUG has no control of the amount of rooms in the block, we are working with the hotel to possible secure more. We are also working with hotels in a very close proximity to the event hotel for Over-Flow Block rates.  We will update the website as soon as possible. It is also recommended to continue to check the block often for any cancelled rooms. Cancelled rooms from our block are returned to the block and will become available for reservation opportunities.

The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront has reserved a block of rooms for the 2023 FLUG Training Event. The special room rate will be available until August 31st, 2023 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. The Hilton controls the number of rooms in the FLUG block based on their revenue percentages. Once the block sells out, FLUG has NO ability to ADD additional rooms. The Government and the special group rate is available 3 days prior/post event dates and is subject to availability. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation but not charged until check-in. The Hotel Group Reservation Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. FLUG has no control over this policy.

IMPORTANT: Due to high attendee numbers for the past 2 events, the FLUG Block has sold out in record time. We are expecting large numbers once again for the 2023 event. It is recommended that you reserve your stay early.
