FLUG Support Partner Package Options and Pricing

Tuesday, October 13th thru Friday, October 16th, 2026 – Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel

The Florida Local Users’ Group Training Forum offers a wide variety of FLUG Participation Support Packages for any company wishing to promote their goods and services at the Forum. The Support Package fees help FLUG provide the best training event possible. During the event, FLUG encourages Support Partner/Attendee interaction with FLUG sponsored drawings and several other incentives, including an evening social. All Support Packages Include:

  • Full 4-Day Registration and Meals for your company representatives/speakers.
  • Recognition on the new FLUG Website, On-Site Event Media and Event Brochure.
  • Company Profile PowerPoint slide show added to the FLUG Master.
  • Recognition and Participation in Give-a-ways, Door Prizes & Raffles at all Luncheons & Evening Social.
  • 6-foot Display Table, 2 Chairs, Electrical and WiFi.

Support Partner Booth Set Up/Breakdown:

  • Set up – Monday, October 12th, 2026, AFTER 4pm.
  • Breakdown – Friday, October 16th, 2026, AFTER 1:30pm.
  • Booth size – approximately 8’ x 8’. Recommended to use smaller pop-up booths if possible.
  • You are responsible for manning your booth and equipment.

Note: Every effort is taken to secure conference rooms and the Technology Hub during lunch and after sessions, however, FLUG, its Officers, Hotel, and hotel staff are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment.

Available Support Partner Levels for the 2026 FLUG Training Event

Platinum Support Package – $2700

  • The Platinum Support Package entitles company representatives to present a minimum of Five (5) general session presentations and One (1) workshop.
  • A Company representative will also be invited on stage before morning Keynote to provide a short company overview.
  • Maximum 25 Slide Company Profile PowerPoint (in *.ppt(x) format with NO Animation)
  • Possible invitation for a Keynote topic at a future FLUG event may be available
  • Registration for up to 5 Company Representatives

Gold Support Package -$2200

  • The Gold Support Package entitles company representatives to present a minimum of Four (4) general session presentations and One (1) workshop.
  • A Company representative will also be invited on stage before morning Keynote to provide a short company overview.
  • Maximum 20 Slide Company Profile PowerPoint (in *.ppt(x) format with NO Animation)
  • Possible invitation for a Keynote topic at a future FLUG event may be available.
  • Registration for up to 4 Company Representatives

Silver Support Package – $1650

  • The Silver Support Package entitles company representatives to present Four (4) general session presentations.
  • Maximum 15 Slide Company Profile PowerPoint (in *.ppt(x) format with NO Animation)
  • Registration for up to 3 Company Representatives

Bronze Support Package -$1200

  • The Bronze Support Package entitles a company representative to present Two (2) general session presentations.
  • Maximum 10 Slide Company Profile PowerPoint (in *.ppt(x) format with NO Animation)
  • Registration for up to 2 Company Representatives
** NOTE **: Support Package fees must be paid at least one week prior to the training forum. All Company representatives, including Speakers regardless of affiliation, are to register as an Attendee using the appropriate Support Partner Coupon which will be provided upon Support Partner registration.
